The time between them revolving and them moving in seems to be random. This attack is avoidable by escaping through the opening of the ring or ducking.

It's very helpful with the final King Dice fight.Hopus Pocus is a stage magician, although he also seems crazed, which is shown by his eyes (which can be cross-eyed), body languages (with him spinning his wand and having a scary smile aimed at the camera in his Death Screen) and giggles. If you're quick with your fingers, you can switch to the spread gun when the bosses are closer and you'll be able to defeat them even faster. At least one of the shots are bound to hit whoever you're fighting so you don't have to worry about always facing the mini-boss. Roundabout is especially helpful in defeating mini-bosses quicker if you're used to holding down the shoot key/button and dodging at the same time.

Pirouletta (mini-boss 7) is by far the easiest opponent you face in the entire game when you use smoke bomb you can just dash through her legs, no need to parry the chips to avoid her.

The loadout I used was roundabout, spread, smoke bomb, and super I. If you want to advance 2 spaces, stand underneath the dice, jump when the dice is showing 1, and parry immediately.

For example, the dice is spinning in ascending order (1, 2, 3). It's pretty easy to learn how to parry the dice at the right time, it's all about the timing. IIRC, mini-bosses 3, 6, and 7 were the easiest for me to S rank.
